See below how we utilize the FSX DPF Cleaning machine to clean your DPFs in as little as a half-hour. Using air blades on both the top and bottom of the unit pushing 125 PSI of dry air through your DPF will get it to ensure that the maximum amount of loose carbon particulate is captured by the Trapblaster. Any DPF filter that requires further cleaning can be baked overnight in our Stage 2 Thermal DPF Regenerator. Baking the DPF for 9 hours and then blowing 125 PSI through the DPF again will allow the maximum amount of carbon particulate to be removed from both your DPF filter and catalyst.
